She is also a trained yoga instructor and holds a diploma in dietetics and sports nutrition, allowing her to integrate a holistic approach to movement in her classes.

Since 2018, Èlia has been a co-founder of HOTEL – Col·lectiu Escènic, a creative collective focused on contemporary performance projects.

Teacher

Èlia has a deep passion for teaching movement and yoga, constantly exploring the body's potential. She offers workshops and training programs worldwide, working with both schools and professional dance companies.

She believes that a dancer's training should be comprehensive, covering a broad range of disciplines—even those beyond the conventional definitions of dance.

For Èlia, movement is limitless, offering countless possibilities without the need for strict labels. Her sessions incorporate various practices such as yoga, coordination drills, body awareness, mobility, flexibility, and endurance.

With a strong emphasis on floor work, her classes provide a technical foundation to help dancers move with articulation, power, suppleness, and agility.

Director Rehearsal / Choreographic Assistant

Èlia serves as a Rehearsal Director and Choreographic/Movement Assistant for dance and theatre productions.

Since 2018, she has worked closely with Antonio Ruz, serving as a rehearsal director and choreographic assistant for his company as well as for several external projects with major institutions, including the Gran Teatre del Liceu and L'Auditori de Barcelona among others.

In addition to her work with Ruz, Èlia has applied her expertise to other dance and theatre companies, taking on similar roles across a variety of projects.

For Èlia, each project represents a unique opportunity to collaborate with talented artists and contribute to the creative process from both a technical and artistic perspective, bringing her experience and enthusiasm to every endeavor.
